As part of our innovation process, sometimes we end up with extra stock that doesn’t quite make the cut anymore.. Which is why we’ve created the ‘Big Chop’ (pun intended).
We may decide that we don't love a particular length anymore or we want to work on a new texture. We don't believe in throwing high quality hair away. So it ends up here. Think of it as our Ruka market stall.
A lot of people hate discount culture but what we hate is cheap, wasteful culture. Instead, we're always excited about getting our products to our wider community who are looking for more affordable options.
